1. Eligibility
The contest (“Contest”) is open to anyone specified in the contest details. Employees, officers, and directors of Mate Mate, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the contest details (the “Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

Unless specified otherwise, a purchase of Mate Mate’s Energy Drinks is necessary to enter or win the Contest. During the Contest period, purchase Mate Mate Energy Drink(s), and submit your entry via the contest entry form available. This should include your details and a photo of the proof of purchase.

5. Winner Selection

The winner(s) will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest period.

6. Prizes

The prizes that may be won in the Contest will be specified in the contest details. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

7. General Conditions

Mate Mate reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Mate Mate’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Mate Mate in its sole discretion.

8. Limitations of Liability


Mate Mate is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the jurisdiction specified in the contest details.

10. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Mate Mate, whose decisions regarding the administration of the Contest, the selection of the winner and all other matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding.
